PASH/ GEORGEANNA SOCKWELL MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
The PASH/Georgeanna Sockwell Memorial Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, May 14th 2012. Registrations must be completed and returned by Thursday, May 7th, 2012. Your registration for the tournament will confirm your reservation to dinner. Checks for golf fees made payable to PASH MUST be submitted with this registration form. Payment will not be accepted at the golf course, and you will not receive an invoice for dinner guests. Separate reservations are no longer required for the picnic dinner; if you are unable to attend the dinner please contact the reservation hotline to cancel your reservation.
